It describes the implementation of blockchain in three waves, from managing identity, verifying candidate credentials, to building a decentralised careers social network.
It was clear that upgrading the existing internet infrastructure, business models, and mindsets would take a decade or two. This paper outlines how this might happen and starts with a critique of how we use data in the world of work.
