Excellent article Andy that I've shared in our high-volume recruitment specific LinkedIn community (https://www.linkedin.com/groups/8811401/). We're getting a lot of interest in our job simulation assessment solution from volume recruiters especially in the graduate / early careers area to use at the top of the funnel instead of CV reviews. There's little point in them for entry-level jobs when recruiters can't make (I would argue mostly arbitrary) decisions based on it's presentation / formatting etc.
I find it fascinating to see how AI is having such a massive impact already. And how to some extent, it create big new problems that require other AI solutions to solve them by managing the flood of information being created. Appreciate your take on how Web3 could offer a different solution here.
Thanks Max! I imagine in some industries and skill-sets, in the shorter-term new practices will compete with clear winners emerging. Then it will be very interesting to see the indirect impact on careers, work design and employers....
I was telling everyone this in 2020.
nice work Andrew.
