His passion is to make work better.
He is an experienced independent management consultant specialising in building people-centric organisations. Andy has worked on over 30 large complex digital transformation programmes, including with :- NHS, John Lewis Partnership, Novartis, Bombardier, United Health Group, AON Hewitt, Deloitte, Department for Transport.
Andy’s advisory work includes large employers, tech companies, think-tanks, universities and non-profits. Including Wikistrat, ADP, Jobs For The Future, Velocity Foundation.

Using Technology to Build Better Organisations
Using technology to shape a better future of work is an ongoing theme of my research, advisory work and speaking. I try and use a multi-disciplinary and critical approach to this topic.

Blockchain, The Decentralised Workforce and What it Means For The Future of Work
This was a recent talk in Lisbon at Future Works Tech Conference which was my first event in ‘real life’ for nearly 18 months! It was great speaking to a mixed audience of gamers, recent technology graduates and HR and tech professionals.
